How do I check my BB Insider tier status?

You can check your tier status in the tab at the bottom left corner. Click on your member status to see how much you are left to hit the next tier.

What are the different tier levels, and how can I reach them?

BB Insider has four tier levels: Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Member: Sign up for a BB Insider account — no spending required.
• Silver: Spend an accumulated amount of $300+ in your tier cycle.
• Gold: Spend an accumulated amount of $700+ in your tier cycle.
• Platinum: Spend an accumulated amount of $1800+ in your tier cycle.
  
  

When does my tier cycle start and end?

Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and lasts 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of the upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.

How can I maintain my tier status?

To maintain your tier status, you must meet the minimum spend requirement for your tier in your tier cycle (within 12 months or 365 days of qualifying for that tier):

Platinum Members: Spend $1,800 or more within 12 months to maintain your status. Spends are computed in the 12 months starting from your latest tier upgrade date.

Gold Members: Spend $700 - $1799 within 12 months to maintain your status. Spends are computed in the 12 months starting from your latest tier upgrade date.

Silver Members: Spend $300 - $699 to maintain your status. Spends are computed in the 12 months starting from your latest tier upgrade/downgrade date.

If you do not meet the minimum requirement, your membership will be adjusted to reflect the tier for which your spending has qualified you.

What happens if my tier gets downgraded?

Your membership is for a lifetime; hence, you are not required to maintain it if you are a Member. However, Platinum, Gold, and Silver members must continue to meet the minimum spend requirement for their tier in their tier cycle (within 12 months or 365 days of qualifying for that tier). Rewards and perks will change as you upgrade or downgrade from your tier.
